My stay at Mammoth Boutique Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the nearby markets and restaurants. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, as there were some persistent insect issues and a sewer smell that made it less enjoyable. While the staff was friendly and the bed comfortable, these negatives impacted my overall experience.

My room was right at the entrance and smelled musty. There were tiny dead insects on the floor and around the bathroom, which I found disturbing. I ended up spending quite a bit of time cleaning it myself.

The staff was friendly and tried to help with cleaning up the mess from the insects, but it felt like a quick fix rather than a thorough job. I didn't receive regular housekeeping service.
